Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Orasyo, a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform provided by UNIMENTIS ("Company"), located in Paris, France. By accessing or using Orasyo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription Plans

Orasyo offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Audio Plan
  • Monthly Video Plan
  • Annual Audio Plan
  • Annual Video Plan

2. Payment

From registration, the user has a 15-day trial. During this period, no debit is made on the payment card.

This 15 day period represents the cancellation period for the user.

If the user decides to cancel his subscription within 15 days, no debit is made.

At the end of the trial period, the card is debited. From that moment on, any refund request is impossible. This is equivalent to an acceptance of the direct debit of the purchase made. Consequently, any refund request will be refused.

All payments for subscription plans must be made online through our designated payment processor. The Company reserves the right to change the pricing of subscription plans at any time, with notice provided to the user client.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

By accepting these Terms, the user client also agrees to the terms outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA defines the level of service availability, performance, and support provided by Orasyo.

4. User Client Responsibilities

The user client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Use Orasyo in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Refrain from engaging in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of Orasyo.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Orasyo, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and content, are owned by the Company. The user client may not use Orasyo for any unauthorized purposes or reproduce, modify, or distribute Orasyo without prior written consent from the Company.

6. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Orasyo, without prior notice, if the user client violates these Terms or engages in any activity that may harm Orasyo or its users.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of Orasyo.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The user client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Orasyo after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
